Our Mission

Dirk Laforet is a pragmatic operations specialist and a proven expert in the development and implementation of systems that achieve sustainable performance improvements along the entire value chain.
With over 25 years of professional experience in management positions in industry, management consulting and as an interim manager, he has successfully implemented more than 120 customer projects in a target-oriented, practical manner.
